In compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Information Held by Private Parties, the
“Law”, BIO-MS, S.A. de C.V. (“BIO-MS””), through its the Department for the Protection of Personal
Information, with address in Avenida Jalisco No. 180, 3er. Piso, Colonia Tacubaya, Delegación Miguel
Hidalgo, C.P. 11870, Ciudad de México, is responsible to collect your personal information, of the good
use given to them, and of their protection.
Consent of the User
It will be understood that the user accepts the conditions established at the moment of consenting to the
present notice, and the user supposes its consent, to the automated treatment of its information in
accordance with the privacy conditions of BIO-MS.
Purposes and Transmition of Personal Information
Your personal information may be used to provide the requested services and/or to celebrate agreements or
contracts, as well as to sell, promote, give provision, extension, and improvement of the services and/or
products offered by BIO-MS, the adequacy of said services to the preferences and likings of our customers,
the design of new services and/or products, as well as their updates. Likewise, your information may be
used to send commercial information by traditional and electronic means, to keep communication in general,
and to transmit it to the competent authorities by the appropriate means when required. For the above
mentioned purposes, we may require, among others, the following personal information: full name, address,
TAX ID #, telephone, e-mail address, as well as any other necessary information that might be sensible and
that is required to comply with the social purpose of BIO-MS. In case sensible information is requested, a
written consent will be asked in accordance to what is stipulated by law.
Said information will be protected by the principles established on article 6 of the “Law: Lawfulness,
quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility.
Options and Means to Limitate the Use and Disclosure of the Information
Provided that there is no normative provision that indicates otherwise, the holder of the information can
at any time revoke his consent for the treatment or limit the use or disclosure of his personal
information by communicating it to BIO-MS through the following means:

The maximum response term in regards to the admissibility or inadmissibility of said request will be of
15 working days from the receipt of said request.
Request for Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition of Personal Information and Revocation of
Consent
As per article 22 of the “Law”, you have the right to access, rectify, and cancel your personal
information, as well as to oppose the way it is handled or to revoke your consent for that purpose granted
through the procedures that we had implemented, with the exclusions established on article 26 of the
“Law”, and in particular in subsection I that establishes that: The responsible will not be forced to
cancel the personal information when: (i) it makes reference to a private, social, or administrative
contract or agreement and the information is necessary for its development and compliance.

Transference of Information
Your personal information can be transferred to affiliated companies, subsidiaries and/or controllers of
BIO-MS, in the national territory or abroad for the above mentioned purposes. If you do not state your
opposition for your personal information to being transferred, it will be understood that you have given
your consent to do so.
Modifications to the Privacy Notice
BIO-MS reserves the right to amend or modify this Privacy Notice, as it deems convenient. For example, to
comply with the changes in the legislation in regards to the protection of personal information and/or
comply with the internal policies of BIO-MS. The company will inform you and will put at your disposition
